摘　　要：在法治理念下,大学生思想教育的视点应向权利、义务认知和维权意识、责任感培养转变,通过社会观察、校园生活、社会实践、行为自省等模式加强和改进大学生思想政治教育。思想政治教育中法治观念培养应做到目的明确,方法对路,方能产生实效。Under the concept of rule of law,the perspective of ideological education of college students should be changed to the cognition of rights and obligations,the consciousness of safeguarding rights,and the cultivation of sense of responsibility,so as to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students through social observation,campus life,social practice,behavior self-examination and other modes.Therefore,the cultivation of the concept of rule of law in ideological and political education should have a clear purpose and the right method,so as to produce effective results.
