摘　　要：目的分析纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗对重症肺炎患儿动脉血气分析指标的影响。方法随机针对我科收治的重症肺炎患儿120例分成两组,针对常规组60例重症肺炎患儿实施常规药物干预治疗,针对治疗组60例重症肺炎患儿在常规药物治疗基础上加用纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗,对比两组重症肺炎患儿之间的治疗效果差异。结果治疗组患儿治疗后血气分析中的二氧化碳分压、血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压、症状缓解时间、治疗优良率、肺功能改善率均优于常规组患儿(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论针对重症肺炎患儿实施纤支镜下支气管肺泡灌洗治疗的疗效显著,能改善患儿的动脉血气分析指标,有利于患儿疾病的缓解及改善,促进患儿预后。Objective To analyze the influence of bronchoalveolar lavage under bronchobronchoscopy on arterial blood gas analysis indexes in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 120 cases of children with severe pneumonia in our department were randomly selected and divided into the conventional group and the treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.Children with severe pneumonia in the conventional group were treated with routine drug intervention,while children in the treatment group were treated with bronchoscopy microscopic bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of conventional drug treatment.The treatment effects between the two groups of children with severe pneumonia were compared.Results The CO2 partial pressure,oxygen saturation,arterial oxygen partial pressure,symptom remission time,excellent and good treatment rate,and pulmonary function improvement rate in the blood gas analysis of children in the treatment group were all better than those in the conventional group ( P <0.05).The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of bronchoalveolar lavage under fiberoptic bronchoscopy for children with severe pneumonia is significant.It can improve the indicators of arterial blood gas analysis in children,which is conducive to the alleviation and improvement of the disease in children,and promote the prognosis of children.
