摘　　要：本文通过对1例Ⅲ°AVB患者在宽QRS逸搏心律转变中出现T波倒置的心电图分析,进一步讨论记忆T波和缺血T波的鉴别。In this paper,an electrocardiographic analysis of T-wave inversion in patient with Ⅲ- degree AVB during the escape rhythm transition of wide QRS was carried out to further discuss the differentiation between memory T wave and ischemic T wave.
