摘 要:新安煤田瓦斯抽采钻孔施工存在严重的“夹、顶、喷”现象,导致钻孔施工困难,无法对75m深区域进行卸压和瓦斯抽放,严重影响瓦斯抽采效果,难以实现瓦斯抽采目的。为解决大采长工作面瓦斯治理问题,本文采用多种钻机型号试验探索顺层长钻孔预抽回采区域煤层瓦斯技术,从而提高瓦斯抽采效果,节约矿井生产成本,保障矿井安全高效生产。There are serious phenomena of"clip,top and spray"in gas drainage drilling construction in Xin'an Coalfield,which leads to difficulties in drilling construction,and it is impossible to relieve pressure and drain gas in 75m deep area,which seriously affects the effect of gas drainage and is difficult to achieve the purpose of gas drainage.In order to solve the problem of gas control in long mining face,this paper explores the technology of pre-drainage of coal seam gas in mining area by long boreholes along the seam,so as to improve the effect of gas drainage,save the production cost of the mine,and ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
