摘  要:为了加强王庄矿井下的电气防爆管理工作,避免因违章开盖引起安全事故,机电中心利用载频保护的原理设计制作了启动器开盖报警闭锁电路,具体介绍了该电路的工作原理与具体应用。该电路能实现启动器带电开盖时,馈电开关自动断电,闭锁报警,防止了工人带电状态下开盖产生电气火花的危险,具有较好的推广应用价值。In order to improve the management of electric explosion-proof in Wangzhuang Coal Mine and avoid the accidents caused by the incorrect opening of the cover,the electromechanical center designed and manufactured latchup circuit for open-cover alarm starter based on the principle of carrier frequency,as well as introduced its working principle and specific application.This circuit can realize automatic power-off of feeder switch and alarming when the starter is open with power.It avoids generating electric sparks when the workers open the cover without cutting off the power,and has good popularization and application value.
