摘 要:某款车型座椅开发过程中,在整车路试时发现汽车驾驶一段时间以后,能明显感觉到座椅座垫对乘员局部支撑不足,使乘员身体感觉到酸痛。分析该座椅压力分布发现,座椅座垫对乘员支撑不均匀,局部压力过大。简单提高发泡硬度,可以解决驾乘动态舒适性问题,但是会导致乘员抱怨座椅偏硬,影响静态舒适性。文章合理配置座椅发泡在不同区域的硬度分布,通过多硬度发泡的应用,使座椅保持了乘员进入整车时的静态舒适性,同时有效地改善了座椅在驾乘过程中的动态舒适性。During the development of a certain type of car seat, it is found that after driving for a long time, the seat cushion can't locally give enough support to the passengers, which caused the passengers' body ache and discomfort. By analyzing the pressure distribution of the seat, it is found that the support of the seat cushion to the occupants is not uniform, and there is excessive local pressure. Simply increasing foam hardness can solve the dynamic comfort problem of driving, but it will cause passengers to complain about the rigidity of the seat and affect the static comfort. This paper rationally configures the hardness distribution of seat foam in different areas. Through the application of multi-hardness foam, the seat can keep the static comfort of passengers when entering the vehicle, while the dynamic comfort of the seat in the driving process is effectively improved.
