基于中医传承平台的李飞跃治疗神经根型颈椎病的用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:运用中医传承辅助平台管理系统(V2.5),探讨李飞跃名中医诊治神经根型颈椎病的临证经验及用药规律,总结其学术经验。方法:通过临床医案采集,结合软件的分析系统,统计得出医案症状、证候、治法出现频次,使用中药性味、归经、频次以及处方中药物组合使用频次,分析药物之间的关联规则。结果:对143例神经根型颈椎病的中医治疗进行分析,其中中药处方中用药频次前三位的中药分别为川芎、桑枝、土鳖虫,药物组合频次前三位的分别为川芎-桑枝、当归-川芎、川芎-土鳖虫。结论:李飞跃教授认为本病总属本虚标实或虚实夹杂、肝脾肾虚不足为本,风寒湿邪外袭、气血痹阻为标,以活血祛瘀行气、祛风湿、通经络为主,扶正补虚为辅的主要治则。Objective:To analyze the relationship between disease-syndrome-treatment-traditional Chinese medicine by using inheritance platform management system(V2.5) of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the clinical experience and medication law of LI Feiyue’s diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with traditional Chinese medicine,and to summarize his academic experience.Methods:Through the collection of clinical medical cases,combined with the analysis system of software,the frequency statistical method was used to obtain the frequency of symptoms,syndromes and treatment of medical cases,and association rules between drugs in prescriptions.Results: In this research,143 cases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were analyzed in traditional Chinese medicine.Among them,the top three drugs in the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine were Chuanxiong,Sangzhi and Ground beeltle,and the top three drugs in combination frequency were Chuanxiong-Sangzhi,Chinese angelica-Chuanxiong,and Chuanxiong-Ground beeltle.Conclusion:According to professor LI Feiyue,the disease is mainly caused by the deficiency of blood vessels and the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,the external attack of wind cold and dampness,Qi and blood obstruction,and the main treatment is to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,promote Qi,dispel wind and dampness,clear the meridians and collaterals,and strengthen the body and fill the deficiency.
