面向扁平化服务的数字资源标准化管理体系建设——以重庆大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：[目的/意义]针对扁平化服务中数字资源管理问题进行数字资源标准化管理体系建设,以提高数字资源管理水平和扁平化服务效率。[方法/过程]通过数字资源管理参数的筛选、标准化编码的制定、导航信息格式化输入、维护处理规范化操作、分析利用报告格式化输出等措施对数字资源实施标准化管理。[结果/结论]通过数字资源标准化管理体系建设,图书馆拥有的数字资源得以盘存,数字资源管理的效率和秩序得到优化,数字资源精准服务水平得以提高。[Purpose/significance] Aiming at the problems of digital resource management in the process of promoting flat service, standardized digital resource management system is implemented to improve the level of digital resource management and the efficiency of flat service.[Method/process] Implementation of digital resource standardization management will be realized through screening parameters of digital resource management, formulation of standardized coding, formatting input of navigation information, standardized operation of maintenance and processing, and formatting output of analysis report.[Result/conclusion] Through digital resource standardization management system construction,the library's digital resources can be inventory, the management order of digital resources has been optimized, and the precise service level of digital resources has been improved.
