摘  要:桥梁主体结构竖转施工是一项比较复杂的工程,对施工技术、施工工艺都有着比较高的要求。在韩城西延桥主塔施工工程中,研究了主塔多点液压同步提升施工工艺。施工方案采用多点液压同步提升技术,边提升、边转体的施工方式,并确定了主塔提升施工流程。根据施工方案划分工程施工工艺流程,包括施工前期准备、提升设备安装与调试、试提升、正式提升、结构就位安装与卸载等。施工工艺研究保证了施工过程的安全可控,以及桥体结构的顺利安装,为同类型桥梁施工提供了可靠的经验和技术参考。The vertical rotation construction of bridge main structure is a complex project,and has high requirements for construction technique and construction technology.In the construction of the main tower of the West Bridge in Hancheng City,the construction technology of multipoint hydraulic synchronous lifting of the main tower is studied.The construction scheme adopts multipoint hydraulic synchronous lifting technology,the construction method of lifting and turning at the same time.And the construction process of the main tower is determined.According to the construction scheme,the construction process is divided,including the preparation of the construction,the installation and debugging of the lifting equipment,the trial lifting,the formal lifting,the installation and unloading of the structure.The construction technology research ensures the safety and controllability of the construction process,as well as the smooth installation of the bridge structure,and provides reliable experience and technical reference for the same type of bridge construction.
