摘 要:基于对传统伸缩臂式格栅除污机工作原理及除污耙斗运行方式的研究,得出该种设备运行时除污效果差的原因.结合设备实际应用情况、物料本身特性和伸缩臂式格栅除污机原有的工作原理,设计一种可与除污机配套的新型耙斗.该新型耙斗配合传统伸缩臂式格栅除污机共同使用,理论上能大大提高除污机的工作效率,同时结合耙斗的局部优化设计和设想,使除污机的适用性更强.There is a study as based on working principles of traditional telescopic-boom grill type dirt remover together with rake-bucket for dirt removers before finding out causes for the poor dirt-removal efficiency during the equipment's operations. A way out has to design a new rake-bucket in consideration with the equipment's actual applications, features of the materials themselves, and working principles of the telescopicboom grill type dirt remove, besides designing a new rake-bucket to match with, i.e. a bucket to mate with the traditional dirt mover together in application, which can upgrade operational efficiency theoretically, while optimizing the rake-bucket at some spots to make the dirt-remover more suitable with its applications.
