从“技艺”到“记忆”:非遗视角下泉港延绳钓的传承与保护——以柯厝村为例

摘　　要：【目的/意义】基于泉港地区大规模征迁项目的持续推进,大量渔民生计迫于转型,而作为传统文化重要组成部分的延绳钓技艺在征迁冲击中也危在旦夕,通过研究,为传承与保护传统延绳钓技艺,引导失地渔民转产转业提供对策建议。【方法/过程】通过对柯厝村200多户渔民进行实地调研访谈、发放调查问卷,并结合文献综述法对延绳钓技艺的来源、现状及面临困境进行了定性定量的分析与梳理。【结果/结论】当前时代背景下需将传统延绳钓技艺转变为象征文化记忆的价值符号,从打造泉港延绳钓文化品牌和将传统捕捞技艺与旅游业进行产业结合两方面提出延绳钓传承与保护的思考与建议。【Objective/Meaning】Based on the continuous promotion of large-scale land expropriation and relocation pro ject in Quangang District, a large number of fishermen were forced to transform their livelihood, and the long-line fishing technique, as an important part of traditional culture, was also at risk in the impact of land expropriation and relocation. Through the research, the countermeasures were provided to inherit and protect the traditional long-line fishing technique and guide the land-lost fishermen to transform their fishing industry.【Methods/Procedures】By con ducting the field investigation & interview and issuing questionnaires on more than 200 fishermen in Kecuo Village, the source? current situation and dilemma of long-line fishing technique were analyzed and sorted out qualitatively and quantitatively by combining with the literature review method.【Results/Conclusions】Under the current backgrounds it was necessary to transform the traditional long-line fishing technique into a value symbol symbolizing the cultural memory, and some thoughts and suggestions on the inheritance and protection of long-line fishing were put forward from the two aspects of creating the cultural brand of long-line fishing in Quangang and combining the traditional fish ing technique with tourism industry.
