乡村振兴战略下农村“厕所革命”的发展对策——以河南省洛阳市农村地区为例

摘　　要：【目的/意义】通过探究洛阳市农村厕所改革的现状,针对其存在的问题提出改进措施与建议,从而补齐影响农民生活质量的短板,促进乡村生态文明的建设和乡村振兴战略的快速实施。【方法/过程】通过分层抽样和随机抽样进行调研,采用定性定量相结合的研究方法,针对洛阳市农村厕所改革现状与问题进行探讨,为乡村振兴中厕所改革提供启示。【结果/结论】研究发现,当前洛阳市存在城乡厕改发展不平衡、经费投入不足、缺乏统一领导、宣传不到位等问题,提出城乡厕改齐抓共管,形成合力、宣传到位、多措并举等对策。【Objective/Meaning】By exploring the current situation of toilet revolution in rural areas of Luoyang City,the improvement measures and suggestions were put forward for the existing problems,so as to improve the weak links that affect the farmers’ quality of life,promote the construction of rural ecological civilization and the rapid implementation of rural revitalization strategy.【Methods/Producers】By carrying on the investigation through the stratified sampling and random sampling,and using the qualitative and quantitative research methods,the present situation and existing problems of toilet revolution in rural areas of Luoyang City were discussed,thus to provide enlightenment for the toilet revolution in rural revitalization.【Results/Conclusions】The study found that there were some existing problems in Luoyang such as the unbalanced development of urban and rural toilet revolution,insufficient financial input,lack of unified leadership,and inadequate publicity,etc.Then,the countermeasures were put forward including working collaboratively to make concerted efforts for the toilet revolution in urban and rural areas,carrying on sufficient publicity,and adopting multi-measures,etc.
