参松养心胶囊辅助治疗心房颤动射频消融术后早期复发60例

摘　　要：目的探讨参松养心胶囊对心房颤动(房颤)患者射频消融术后早期复发的作用。方法入选2014年10月—2016年3月于武汉大学人民医院接受单次射频消融术治疗的房颤患者120例,并将其随机等分为对照组(常规治疗)和治疗组(常规治疗+参松养心胶囊)。术前和术后3个月分别对所有患者进行血液生化、24h动态心电图(Holter)和心脏彩超检查,并记录静息心室率、左房内径(LAD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及房颤早期的复发情况。结果术后3个月内再发房颤:对照组16例(26.7%)和治疗组7例(11.7%),早期复发率两组差异有统计学意义(P=0.04)。两组患者的静息心室率和LAD在术后3个月均明显降低,且治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。而两组患者的LVEF在术后3个月均明显升高,且治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参松养心胶囊可有效地降低房颤射频消融术后的早期复发及静息心室率和左房内径。Objective To explore the effects of Shensong yangxin capsule on early recurrence after radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods 120 patients with AF treated with radiofrequency ablation in Renmin hospital of wuhan university from October 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled and then randomly allocated to control group(conventional treatment)and treatment group(conventional treatment plus Shensong yangxin capsule)equally.Blood biochemistry test,24 h Holter monitoring and echocardiography were examined in all patients pre-ablation and 3 months post-ablation,then recording resting ventricular rate,left atrial diameter(LAD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and early recurrence.Results Early recurrence were recorded in 16 cases(26.7%)in control group and 7 cases(11.7%)in treatment group,which were statistical significance in early recurernce rate between the two groups(P=0.04).Compared with pre-ablation,resting ventricular rate and LAD in the two groups decreased apparently 3 months post-ablation,and they were in treatment group obviously lower than in control group(P<0.01).LVEF in the two groups increased 3 months post-ablation,and it was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shensong yangxin capsule can significantly reduce early AF recurrence,resting ventricular rate and LAD after radiofrequency ablation.
