滑行肌皮瓣修复眉内肿物切除术后创面疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨滑行肌皮瓣在眉内肿物切除术后眉缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年8月在笔者医院就诊的9例眉内肿物患者,行肿物切除,根据缺损面积在创面旁剩余眉部设计合理的三角形肌皮瓣,滑行肌皮瓣覆盖缺损区。结果:9例患者术后病理检查均显示为“色素痣”,皮瓣均一期成活,皮瓣颜色、质地、眉形均与健侧接近,术后瘢痕隐蔽,眉部无畸形,外形美观,外观满意。所有患者随访1年以上,肿物无复发,眉毛生长良好,皮瓣上眉毛无脱落。结论:肌皮瓣滑行修复眉内肿物切除术后缺损疗效可靠,合理的术前设计既修复了眉缺损,又维持了眉形,手术操作简单,成功率高,是可供临床选择的好方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the sliding muscle flap in the repair of eyebrow defect after eyebrow mass resection.Methods Nine patients with eyebrow masses who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2017 were treated with tumor resection.According to the defect area,a reasonable musculocutaneous flap was placed next to the wound surface,and the sliding musculocutaneous flap covered the defect area.Results Postoperative pathological examination showed“pigmented nevus”in 9 patients.The flaps of the 9 patients survived in the first stage.The color,texture and eyebrow shape of the flaps were close to the healthy side.The scars were concealed,the eyebrows were not deformed,the appearance was beautiful,and the appearance was satisfactory.All patients were followed up for more than 1 year,the tumor did not recur,the eyebrows grew well,and the eyebrows on the flap did not fall off.Conclusion The musculocutaneous flap is effective in the resection of the eyebrow tumors.The reasonable preoperative design not only repairs the eyebrow defect,but also maintains the eyebrow shape.The operation is not difficult and the success rate is high.It is a good method for clinical selection.
