医用生物蛋白胶在普外科手术切口修复中的美学效果及预后分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用生物蛋白胶在普外科手术切口修复中的美学效果和预后。方法:选取2015年1月-2017年7月笔者医院收治的120例患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组。观察组(60例)手术切口应用医用生物蛋白胶修复,对照组(60例)采用常规皮内缝合。比较两组患者的术后切口闭合时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间、术后疼痛程度、切口愈合情况、创面瘢痕情况和美学效果以及并发症和不良反应情况。结果:观察组的手术切口闭合时间、愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后12h、24h和48h的NRS疼痛程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口甲级愈合率高于对照组,瘢痕评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口美容效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现明显并发症。结论:医用生物蛋白胶应用于普外科手术切口的修复,可显著改善其美学效果,改善预后,值得广泛应用。Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect and prognosis of medical fibrin glue in department of general surgery incision repair.Methods 120 patients from January 2015 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table.The observation group(60 cases)was repaired with medical bioglue,while the control group(60 cases)was repaired with conventional intradermal suture.The wound closure time,wound healing time,hospitalization time,pain degree,wound healing,scar condition,aesthetic effect,complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The closure time,healing time and hospitalization time of surgical incision in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NRS pain scores of the observation group at 12h,24h and 48h after operation were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scar score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effect of incision cosmetology in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious complications after operation in two groups.Conclusion The application of medical bioglue in the repair of general surgical incision can significantly improve its aesthetic effect and prognosis,which is worthy of wide application.
