摘　　要：目的:探究针对性美容护理对痤疮患者情绪和皮肤病生活质量指数问卷(DLQI)评分的影响。方法:将笔者医院皮肤科94例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组47例。对照组采用常规护理,治疗组在此基础上采用针对性美容护理。比较两组患者情绪、生活质量、满意度及痤疮消退时间。结果:护理后,两组患者健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分均升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和DLQI评分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者痤疮消退时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者满意度(93.62%)显著高于对照组(74.47%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在痤疮患者的护理中,针对性美容护理效果明显优于常规护理,能够减少患者不良情绪,提高生活质量,加快痤疮消退,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effects of targeted beauty nursing on mood and the score of DLQI in patients with acne.Methods 94 patients with acne in the dermatology department of our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the treatment group received targeted beauty nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The emotion,quality of life,satisfaction and the disappearance time of acne were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of SF-36 in the two groups increased,and scores of SF-36 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and DLQI in the two groups decreased,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of acne in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the treatment group(93.62%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(74.47%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of acne patients,targeted beauty nursing is obviously superior to routine nursing,which can reduce the bad mood,improve the quality of life and accelerate the disappearance of acne.It is worthy for clinical promotion.
