摘  要:目的分析胎膜MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶9)在感染解脲支原体的未足月胎膜早破中的作用。方法选取2015年6月至2016年6月我院收治的未足月胎膜早破患者30例作为研究对象,即实验组,另选30例正常产妇作为对照组1,30例足月后胎膜早破的孕妇为对照组2.对比实验组与对照组1以及两个对照组之间孕妇解脲支原体携带及感染情况、分析MMP-9表达的差异。结果实验组解脲支原体感染率及MMP-9表达积分,分别为73.33%、4.56±0.31,远远高于对照组1(43.33%、2.32±0.34),组间结果对比差异显著;对照组1与对照组2解脲支原体感染率及MMP-9表达无统计学意义。结论未足月胎膜早破与解脲支原体感染以及羊膜MMP-9表达具有相关性,解脲支原体感染引起MMP-9表达增高是未足月胎膜早破的主要因素,临床上仍需注意妊娠期解脲支原体防治。Objective: to analyze the role of mmp-9 (matrix metalloproteinase 9) in premature rupture of preterm membranes infected with ureaplasma urealyticum. Methods: June 2015 to June 2016, our hospital of 30 patients with premature rupture of membranes before term as the research object, the experimental group, choose 30 cases of normal women as control group 1, 30 cases of full term pregnant women as the control group of premature rupture of membranes after 2. Comparison between experimental group and control group 1, and two control pregnant solution urea mycoplasma carried and infection status, analyze the difference of expression of MMP - 9. Results: ureaplasma urealyticum infection rate and mmp-9 expression score of the experimental group were 73.33% and 4.56±0.31, respectively, which were much higher than the control group 1 (43.33%, 2.32±0.34). Conclusion: ureaplasma urealyticum premature rupture is correlated with ureaplasma urealyticum infection and amniotic membrane mmp-9 expression, and the increased expression of mmp-9 caused by ureaplasma urealyticum infection is the main factor of premature rupture of ureaplasma urealyticum.
