摘  要:文章主要采用简单比较法和一阶导数法两种方法。在简单比较法中,对于峰位的计算运用了重心法和拟合法,发现重心法计算峰位的效果优于拟合法计算峰位的效果;谱线进行光滑处理前后分别寻峰,进行光滑处理后的寻峰效果好于光滑处理前的效果。而在一阶导数法寻峰中,对已进行平滑处理的谱线,用一阶导数法寻峰效果较差;未经平滑处理的谱线,用一阶导数寻峰效果比较理想。The research uses the simple comparison method and the method of first derivative. In the simple comparison method, we use gravity method and fitting method for the calculation of peak position and gravity method is better;The results will be more accurate if the spectrum has been smoothed before searching the peak .In the method of first derivative, the performance is poor for the spectrum has been smoothed. The result is just the opposite for the spectrum has not been smoothed.
