摘　　要：调压阀组因管系因受力平衡等问题,多次发生管道开裂等情况;依据现场实际从增加拉杆、调整设置固定、滑动支座及其管道焊接方式等一系列优化改造,来减少管道受力和振动,杜绝事故发生,确保安全生产。Due to the force balance of the pipe system, the pipe cracking occurred many times in the pressure regulating valve group. According to the actual situation, a series of optimization and transformation, such as adding pull rod, adjusting and setting to be fixed, sliding bearing and pipe welding mode, etc., can reduce the force and vibration of pipeline, prevent accidents and ensure safety in production.
