摘  要:国内外核电厂已由数字化控制系统全面取代传统模拟控制系统,其人机接口也由传统模拟盘台变为数字化操作界面,进而引入了如锁孔效应、报警雪崩等新问题,为核电厂人机接口设计提出了新的挑战.目前的数字化人机界面更多的是对模拟控制盘台的数字化实现,并未对数字化人机交互的特点和模型进行深入分析.通过对数字化人机交互模型研究,介绍数字化人机交互模型中操纵员需要完成的主要任务和次要任务,分析人机界面设计中对各项任务的实现方式和注意事项,提出一套基于数字化人机交互模型的核电厂人机接口设计方法.The nuclear power plants in China and abroad have completely replaced the traditional analog control system by the digital control system. The human-machine interface has also changed from the traditional analog panel to the digital operation interface. Meanwhile new problems have been brought up, such as keyhole effect and alarm avalanche, which poses a new challenge for the human-machine interface design. The current digital human-machine interface is more of a digital realization of the traditional analog control panel. The characteristics and models of the digital HMI interaction are not analyzed properly. Through the research on digital HMI interaction model, this paper introduces the main tasks and secondary tasks that the operator needs to accomplish in the model, and analyzes the implementation methods and precautions of each task in the human-machine interface design, and proposes a set of human-machine interface design methods for the nuclear power plants.
