主肺动脉多普勒测量收缩期加速时间/射血时间比值预防剖宫产新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征分析

摘　　要：目的探究胎儿主肺动脉多普勒测量收缩期加速时间/射血时间(AT/ET)比值对剖宫产发生新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的预防价值。方法从我院2016年1月至2017年12月选取56例孕妇,进行胎儿主肺动脉多普勒测量,获取AT/ET比值,孕妇均为早产单胎。根据新生儿结局,有NRDS的为观察组,没有NRDS的为对照组。观察比较2组胎儿的AT/ET比值情况和产前预测率。结果观察组NRDS胎儿,主肺动脉中段比值比对照组非NRDS的低(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。胎儿主肺动脉中段AT/ET比值的切割值是0.216,研究对象操作特性曲线下面积为0.961,新生儿NRDS的产前预防特异度0.898,敏感度为1。结论胎儿主肺动脉多普勒测量AT/ET比值,可能是预测预防新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的重要参数。Objective To explore the preventive value of measurement AT/ET ratio of fetal main pulmonary artery doppler on neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)after cesarean section.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,56 pregnant women in our hospital were selected for the measurement of fetal main pulmonary artery doppler,and the AT/ET ratio was obtained.According to neonatal outcomes,those with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were the observation group and those without neonatal respiratory distress syndrome were the control group.The AT/ET ratios and prenatal prediction rates of the two groups were observed and compared.Results the ratio of fetal respiratory distress syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The incised value of the AT/ET ratio of the middle segment of fetal main pulmonary artery was 0.216,the area under the operating characteristic curve of the study object was 0.961,and the specificity of prenatal prevention of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome was 0.898,with sensitivity 1.Conclusion The AT/ET ratio of fetal main pulmonary artery doppler may be an important parameter in predicting the prevention of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
