摘  要:针对当前评价指标无法全面体现车辆可靠性性能,文章在研究可靠性基本概念的基础上,将故障程度、故障位置等以修正系数的形式加入平均故障间隔时间,提出一种车辆装备可靠性试验评价指标,可较为全面地评价车辆可靠性,当仅进行可靠性试验时仍能进行有效评价。所提评价指标可为压缩车辆可靠性试验周期奠定基础。Current evaluation index can not fully reflect the reliability performance of vehicles.The fault degree and fault location were joined into the mean time between failures using the forms of correction coefficients based on the study of the basic concept of reliability.Then a new reliability test evaluation index for the vehicle equipment was proposed.Proposed index can evaluate the reliability of vehicles more comprehensively,and also be effective under the condition when only reliability test is carried out.Proposed evaluation index can lay a foundation for reducing vehicle reliability test time.
