摘  要:分析了某型汽轮给水泵机组的科研样机,筛选出合理的转子泵轮优化结构,并且对优化结构试验件进行测试,对比了优化结构和普通结构升、降速过程中的振动情况及其拆装复原性能。结果表明:无论从振动噪声的降低还是从拆装复原性的控制,优化结构转子泵轮都比常规结构更合理。The scientific research sample of a certain steam turbine feed pump unit has been analyzed,reasonable optimized structure of rotor pump impeller has been selected,the optimized structure testing sample has been tested to compare vibration situation during raising and lowering speed and disassembly recovery between the optimized structure and the ordinary structure,finally the result showed that the optimized structure was superior to the ordinary stucture of rotor pump impeller on both vibration noise reduction and disassembly recovery control.
