开放式乳突根治术联合乳突腔填充术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨开放式乳突根治术联合乳突腔填充术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1月至2018年10月我院收治的80例胆脂瘤中耳炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组行开放式乳突根治术,观察组行开放式乳突根治术联合乳突腔填充术,比较两组的临床疗效、纯音听阈值和复发情况。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。观察组术后0.5 kHz、 1.0 kHz、 2.0 kHz纯音听阈值均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的复发率为2.50%,低于对照组的15.00%(P <0.05)。结论采用开放式乳突根治术联合乳突腔填充术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎,效果显著,可有效改善患者的听力,术后复发率低,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of open radical mastoidectomy combined with mastoid cavity filling in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media. Methods 80 cases of patients with cholesteatoma otitis media admitted to our hospital from January2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent open radical mastoidectomy, while the observation group underwent open radical mastoidectomy combined with mastoid cavity filling. The clinical efficacy, pure tone threshold and recurrence of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% of the control group(P <0.05). After operation, the pure tone threshold of 0.5 k Hz, 1.0 kHz and 2.0 kHz of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.50%, lower than 15.00% of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Open radical mastoidectomy combined with mastoid cavity filling in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media has significant effect, can effectively improve patients’ hearing with low postoperative recurrence, which is worthy of promotion and application.
