河南省建设美丽乡村的对策研究

摘　　要：河南省作为农业大省,“三农”问题始终是关系其建设发展的根本问题。目前,在落实党中央提出的乡村振兴战略过程中,面临着产业融合水平低,生活环境被破坏,乡村地区精神文明建设不足,乡村治理体系低下,农民增收困难等一系列问题。为此,河南省在建设美丽乡村的过程中,应立足河南省现有资源优势和区域特征,提高一二三产业的融合水平,不断改善农村环境,加强农村精神文明建设,完善乡村治理体系,提高农民收入。As a big agricultural province, Henan Province’s three rural issues have always been the fundamental problem related to its construction and development. At present, during implementation of the rural revitalization strategies put forward by the CPC Central Committee, Henan Province faces a series of problems, such as low level of industrial integration, damaged living environment, insufficient spiritual civilization construction in rural areas, incapable rural governance system and difficulties in increasing farmers’ income. Therefore, in the process of building beautiful new countryside, Henan Province should hold on to its existing resource advantages and regional characteristics to improve the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary sector industries, continuously improve the rural environment, strengthen the construction of rural spiritual civilization, improve the rural governance system, and increase the income of farmers.
