摘 要:从仿生学与可拓学作用原理及Bio-TRIZ获得启发,开展产品创新设计工作.首先,构建黑箱模型,确定待改进产品功能,将产品总功能分解,构建定量化表示的可拓学模型;然后,建立与目标产品相似的生物实例可拓模型,并借助于关键词在生物知识库中匹配仿生原型;最后,构建一种融合仿生学与可拓学的产品创新设计模型.以自清洁玻璃为例,计算一定工况环境下的仿生原型功能相似度,并利用有效价值分析法对方案原理解评价,以验证创新设计模型的可行性与有效性.Inspired by the principle of bionics&extension and Bio-TRIZ,design and application for product innovation were developed.Firstly,a black-box model was constructed to determine improved product function,and the extensive model of product was quantitatively expressed using function decomposition.Secondly,keywords were made to search for the bionic prototype with the help of the biological knowledge base,and to match the bionic prototype with the similar target according to the extensive model established.Finally,a model of conceptual design was proposed to integrate bionics with extension.Taking self-cleaning glass as an example,similarity calculations were performed for function and conditions of bionic prototype.Ultimately,the principle solution of scheme was evaluated using an effective value analysis method,and it was feasible and available for design model of the integrated innovation on the basis of bionics&extension.
