摘  要:通过pH值、日产气量、CH4含量、TS产气率及TS产甲烷率等参数检测分析,研究了不同浓度磷酸预处理对秸秆厌氧发酵特性的影响。结果表明:磷酸预处理能提高秸秆厌氧发酵产气量,6%磷酸处理组产气量最大,为2290mL,TS产气率为437.2mL·g^-1,CH4含量最大值为48.8%,TS产甲烷率为19.5mL·g^-1,以期为提升秸秆厌氧发酵性能提供一定参考。In this paper,the influence of different concentration of phosphoric acid pretreatment of straw on anaerobic fermentation was studied through the detection and analysis of parameters such as pH,gas production rate of daily,content of CH4,gas production rate of TS and methane production rate of TS. The results showed that the pretreatment with phosphoric acid could improve the gas production of straw on anaerobic fermentation. The gas production of the 6%phosphoric acid treatment group was the highest( 2 290 mL),the gas production rate of TS was 437. 2 mL·g^-1,the maximum content of CH4 was 48. 8%,and the methane production rate of TS was 19. 5 mL · g^-1,and in order to improve the performance of straw on anaerobic fermentation to provide some reference.
