摘　　要：目的分析静配中心配置人员发生锐器伤害事件的原因,并提出有效防范措施.方法对某三甲医院静配中心在2018年1-12月被锐器伤害的人员进行随访,了解锐器伤害过程,分析锐器伤害前因后果并提出防范措施.结果静配中心在2018年1-12月发生锐器伤害事件共计23起,被锐器伤害的人员共计18人,发生锐器伤害事件主要原因为针头刺伤手指、金属瓶盖割伤手指、安瓿扎伤手指、脚踩玻璃碎片受伤.结论锐器伤害在静配中心是最常见、最直接的伤害,静配人员对其伤害尚未引起足够的重视.采取积极有效的防范措施,减少静配人员被锐器伤害已刻不容缓.Objective To analyze the causes of sharp instrument injuries among the personnel in the PIVAS and to put forward effective preventive measures. Methods The personnel who were injured by sharp instrument in a PIVAS of a 3A-grade hospital from January to December 2018 were followed up. The process of sharp instrument injuries was understood and the causes and consequences were analyzed, then the preventive measures were put forward. Results A total of 23 sharp instrument injuries occurred in a PIVAS from January to December 2018. A total of 18 people were injured by sharp instrument. The main causes of sharp instrument injury were needle stabbing finger, metal bottle cap cutting finger, ampule pricking finger and foot trampling glass fragment. Conclusion Acute injury is the most common and direct injury in the PIVAS, but no attention has been paid to the damage caused by personnel in PIVAS. It is urgent to take active and effective preventive measures to reduce the sharp instruments injuries in the PIVAS.
