急诊手术处理踝关节骨折脱位患者62例的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对患有踝关节骨折脱位的患者采取急诊手术在医学临床上的效果进行调查和分析。方法抽选我院在2015年10月-2018年10月罹患踝关节骨折脱位的患者62例,随机平均分成两组。对研究组的31位患者,施行急诊手术治疗,对于对比组的31位患者,施行择期手术治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和比较。结果两组在骨折康复时间及手术时长的比较中,差异不存在统计学意义,即P>0.05。研究组在手术后住院时长及医疗开销要比对比组小,两组差异存在统计学意义。两组在医学临床上的评分,骨性关节炎评分及骨折复位评分的比较中,差异不存在统计学意义。两组在踝关节功能优良率的比较中,差异不存在统计学意义,即P>0.05。结论针对患有踝关节骨折脱位的患者,应用急诊手术治疗和应用择期手术治疗的效果没有显著差别,但在一定程度上降低患者的住院时长和治疗花销。Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of emergency operation on patients with ankle fracture and dislocation.Methods 62 patients with ankle fracture and dislocation in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.31 patients in the study group were treated with emergency surgery,and 31 patients in the control group were treated with selective surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recovery time and operation time of fracture,that is,P > 0.05.The length of hospitalization and medical expenses in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical medical scores,osteoarthritis scores and fracture reduction scores.There was no significant difference in ankle function between the two groups, that is,P > 0.05.Conclusion For patients with ankle fracture and dislocation,there is no significant difference between emergency surgical treatment and selective surgical treatment,but to a certain extent,it can reduce the length of hospitalization and treatment costs.
