创面开放术联合中药祛腐生肌膏换药治疗藏毛窦疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究将创面开放术与中药祛腐生肌膏换药治疗联合应用于藏毛窦临床治疗中的效果。方法选择从2016年-2018年6月在本院诊断并治疗的藏毛窦患者共32例进行研究,按照统计学的要求把这些患者随机均分成使用创面开放术治疗的对照组以及在对照组基础上联合中药祛腐生肌膏换药治疗的实验组。比较不同治疗组患者疗程结束后创口愈合时间、总住院时间。结果施行不同的临床干预治疗方案后,实验组患者愈合时间、住院时间表现均比对照组更优异,以上两组指标组间差异在统计学上有意义,P<0.05。结论将创面开放术与中药祛腐生肌膏换药治疗联合应用于藏毛窦临床治疗中,能够加速创面的愈合,促进患者术后恢复,减轻患者痛苦以及住院时间,对患者有较好的临床应用价值,值得进行深入研究与推广。Objective To explore the effect of open wound surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine phlegm and stasis muscle dressing treatment in the clinical treatment of sinus sinus in the appendix.Methods A total of 32 patients with sinus sinus diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the statistical requirements,these patients were randomly divided into control group treated with wound open surgery and in control.On the basis of the group,the experimental group of Chinese herbal medicine phlegm and stasis muscle dressing was changed.The wound healing time and total hospitalization time after the end of the treatment period were compared between the different treatment groups.Results After the implementation of different clinical intervention treatments,the healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were better than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of open wound surgery and traditional Chinese medicine phlegm and stasis muscle dressing treatment in the treatment of sinus sinus in the appendix can accelerate the healing of wounds,promote postoperative recovery,reduce the pain of patients and hospitalization time,and have better patients.The clinical application value is worthy of in-depth research and promotion.
