钠曲线联合超率曲线在血透患者低血压中的护理经验

摘　　要：目的通过钠曲线联合超率曲线在血透患者低血压中的干预,探索防止低血压的方法,减少心血管事件,和病人不适症状,保障病人安全。方法选取12例血透中低血压患者前后对照分为实验组和对照组,两组各进行1个月,透析312次。对照组透析中电导保持140mmoL/L,开始透析后匀速透析每小时透析超滤率不变。实验组透析中采用钠曲线联合超率曲线。观察两组患者血液透析过程中低血压,肌肉痉挛,口干,护士低血压干预次数。结果实验组采用钠曲线联合超率曲线后低血压、肌肉痉挛、护士干预次数与对照组相比较低P<0.05有统计学意义,口干P>0.05无统计学意义。结论钠曲线联合超率曲线在血透患者可以防止低血压的发生。Objective To explore the methods to prevent hypotension,reduce cardiovascular events and patients'discomfort symptoms,and ensure patients'safety through sodium curve combined with superrate curve in the intervention of hypotension in hemodialysis patients.Methods 12 patients with hypotension after hemodialysis were divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group,the conductance was maintained at 140 mmoL/L,and the ultrafiltration rate per hour was unchanged after starting dialysis at a constant rate.Sodium curve combined with superrate curve was used in the experimental group.The intervention times of hypotension,muscle spasm,dry mouth and nurses during hemodialysis were observed.Results After sodium curve combined with superrate curve,hypotension,muscle spasm and nurses intervention times in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),which was statistically significant,while dry mouth P>0.05 was not statistically significant. Conclusion Sodium curve combined with superrate curve can prevent hypotension in hemodialysis patients.
