社区糖尿病病人对糖尿病足的风险认识和足部自护行为的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析社区糖尿病病人对糖尿病足的风险认识和足部自护行为。方法选择本社区卫生服务中心糖尿病管理病人200例,分别采用自制患者情况调查表、糖尿病足感知表以及足部自护评估表评估患者对糖尿病足疾病的认识以及疾病发生的风险。结果社区糖尿病病人患糖尿病足风险度中共147例位0级(73.50%),14例为1级(7.00%)37例为2级(18.50%),2例为3级(1.00%)。结论社区糖尿病病人患糖尿病足的风险较高,通过加强社区糖尿病病例管理、强化自我护理才能有效预防糖尿病足发生。Objective To investigate and analyze the risk understanding and foot self-care behavior of diabetic foot in community diabetic patients.Methods 200 patients with diabetes mellitus in community health service center were selected and investigated with general situation questionnaire,foot self-care behavior assessment form and diabetic foot perception questionnaire to evaluate the risk of diabetic foot in community diabetic patients.Results there were 147 patients with diabetes foot risk in community,14 patients with grade 1(7.00%),37 patients with grade 2(18.50%)and 2 patients with grade 3(1.00%).Conclusion community Diabetic patients have a high risk of diabetic foot. Only by strengthening community diabetes case management and strengthening self-care can diabetic foot be effectively prevented.
