摘　　要：目的探讨1例"双夹层"患者心理状况及心理护理。方法采用聚焦解决模式鼓励个体通过自身潜能解决相关问题。结果以聚焦解决模式干预临床护理,很好地改善了患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪以及对疾病的不确定感,提升了患者的院外依从性。结论"双夹层"患者在临床上很少见,濒死感使患者心理负担过重,采取聚焦解决模式进行临床干预。Objective To explore the psychological status and psychological nursing of a case of "double Between the layers" patients.Methods Focusing on solutions encourages individuals to solve related problems through their own potential.Results The focused solution mode intervention in clinical nursing improved patients' depression, anxiety and uncertainty of disease,and improved patients' compliance outside hospital.Conclusion "double Between the layers" patients are very rare in clinical practice,and the near-death feeling makes the patients' psychological burden too heavy.
