摘　　要：目的探讨特异性免疫治疗小儿过敏性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月在我院诊断治疗的过敏性哮喘患儿50例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组各25例。两组均给予解痉平喘等常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上给予变应原疫苗行皮下免疫治疗。比较两组治疗后生活质量、PEF(呼吸流量峰值,peak expiratory flow)变异率;比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组显效率显著高于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组PEF变异率较和治疗前显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组PEF变异率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量均有显著改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿过敏性哮喘在采用特异性免疫治疗能够显著提高临床疗效,减少复发次数,改善肺功能。Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of specific immunotherapy for children with allergic asthma. Methods 50 children who were diagnosed as allergic asthma and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment such as spasmolysis and asthma relief while the study group was given subcutaneous immunotherapy with allergen vaccine on the basis of routine treatment.The quality of life and peak expiratory flow(PEF)variation rate after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The obvious effective rate and total effective rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the PEF variation rate of the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,and difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After treatment,the PEF variation rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The quality of life of both groups was significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Specific immunotherapy for children with allergic asthma can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the frequency of recurrences and improve lung function.
