摘　　要：目的报道1例十指与双前臂同时离断患者的护理难点以及采取相应护理对策的效果。方法对我院1例十指与双前臂同时离断患者再植的护理进行回顾性分析,找出存在的主要护理难点,包括术前低血容量性休克、术后基础护理问题多、血运观察难、康复时间长等护理问题,并采取针对性护理对策。结果术后再植肢体、手指全部成活。术后随访3年,功能评价为良。结论十指与双前臂同时离断,不仅需要精湛的显微外科技术支持,而且还要有高效的护理团队的紧密协作,及时有效护理干预是提高手术疗效、促进患者康复的有效保证。Objective Toreport the nursing difficulty of one case of 10 fingers and bi-forearm mutilation and replantation at the same time and the effect of corresponding nursing countermeasures. Methods 1 case of 10 fingers and bi-forearm mutilation and replantation at the same time in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed to find out the main nursing difficulties, including preoperative hypovolemic shock, many postoperative basic nursing problems, difficultobservation of blood supply, long recovery time and other nursing problems and to take targeted nursing countermeasures. Results When the limb was replanted postoperatively, all the fingers survived.After 3 years of follow-up, the functional evaluation was good. Conclusion 10 fingers and bi-forearm mutilation and replantation at the same timenot only needs exquisite microsurgical technical support, but also the close cooperation of highly effective nursing team and timely and effective nursing intervention, whichare effective guarantees to improve the surgical efficacy and promote the recovery of patients.
