摘  要:储气库建设是天然气管道生产的重要调峰手段。为了更有效地设计和利用地下储气库,本文研究了储气库的建库机理、注采参数、运行控制。根据储气库管柱结构特点,建立了三维管柱受力模型,分析计算了管柱受力、冲蚀、携液、环空氮气柱压力等重要参数,研发了一套储气库注采分析优化设计软件GasPAD-Stor。该软件具备储气库库容设计、运行优化、调峰设计、注采能力分析、注采管柱设计、地面工艺设计、经济评价等功能。软件采用C/S架构,用户可以根据实际需要配置软件模块。该软件为开展储气库注采动态模拟、运行、调峰等提供了研究手段。Gas storage is an important method of staggering peak production for gas pipeline transmission. To design and utilize underground gas storage tank effectively, the mechanism of the construction of gas storage, injection-production parameters, and operation control have been studied. According to the structural characteristics of gas storage cylinder, three-dimensional string mechanical model is established. The string stress, erosion, de-liquidizing, and annulus nitrogen gas column pressure have been analyzed, and then a set of gas storage GasPAD - Stor injection-production optimization design analysis software has been developed. The software contains gas storage capacity design, operation optimization, peak regulation design, injection-production capacity analysis, injection-production string design, ground process design, economic evaluation and other functional modules. The software adopts C/S architecture, and users can configure it according to actual needs. This software provides technical research method for dynamic simulation, operation and staggering peak production of gas storage and production.
