摘  要:压裂返排是油气藏水力压裂增产施工中的重要环节,适当的返排方式和制度是影响增油效果的重要因素之一。支撑剂起着保持裂缝高导流能力的重要作用,同时支撑剂的回流也影响压裂井的正常生产。通过对压裂液滤失、返排,支撑剂回流、沉降,求产期间支撑剂回流等规律研究,研发了油气藏压裂返排制度优化软件FracFB。该软件具备裂缝闭合时间预测、出砂预警、多相流计算、返排制度优化等功能。利用该软件能制定出更加科学合理的返排工作制度,大大降低支撑剂回流概率,最大程度地维持裂缝高导流能力,确保压裂效果。Fracturing flowback is an important part in the hydraulic fracturing stimulation process of oil and gas reservoirs. The appropriate flowback mode and system is one of the important factors affecting the effect of oil increment. Proppant plays an important role in maintaining high fracture conductivity as well. The flowback of proppant also affects the normal production of fractured Wells. FracFB was developed to optimize fracturing flowback system for oil and gas reservoirs by studying fracturing fluid loss, flowback, proppant backflow, proppant sedimentation, and proppant backflow during production. The software contains such functions as fracture closure time prediction, sand production warning, multiphase flow calculation and flowback system optimization. By using this software, a more scientific and reasonable flowback system can be developed. The probability of proppant reflux can be greatly reduced, the maintenance of high fracture conductivity can be maximized, and the fracturing efficiency is been ensured.
