摘　　要：无规定动物疫病生物安全隔离区(简称“无疫小区”)是世界动物卫生组织(OIE)倡导的动物疫病区域化管理措施之一。本文根据OIE《陆生动物卫生法典》中规定的无疫小区申请和认可的结构性框架,结合我国现行的有关无疫小区建设规范和标准,总结梳理了我国无疫小区的建设内容、建设程序,分析了无疫小区建设中应注意的问题,并提出了做好无疫小区建设的一些思考。本文对于国内动物生产企业建设无疫小区和维持无疫状态具有指导意义。The specific animal disease free compartment(hereinafter referred to as“compartment”)was one of regionalization measures for control of animal diseases advocated by World Organization for Animal Health(OIE).In this article,the contents and procedures of compartments established in China were summarized in accordance with the structural framework for its application and recognition as stipulated in OIE Terrestrial Animal Health Code and current standards or norms in China,and the issues that should be paid more attention to during establishment of compartments were analyzed,and then relevant reflections were put forward accordingly,hoping to provide some references for animal production enterprises to establish compartments and maintain the disease-free status.
