摘　　要：设立最高人民法院知识产权法庭是以习近平同志为核心的党中央从建设知识产权强国和世界科技强国的战略高度作出的重大决策部署。2019年1月1日,最高人民法院知识产权法庭揭牌,标志着“建立国家层面知识产权案件上诉审理机制”的重大改革任务进入实际运行阶段。新时代背景下,知识产权保护面临重大挑战,最高人民法院知识产权法庭承载重大历史使命,必须强化司法主导、强化严格保护、强化激励创新、强化保护竞争、强化国际视野,切实履行统一裁判标准的职责,为我国全面加强知识产权保护、服务保障创新驱动发展战略、推进知识产权审判体系与审判能力现代化发挥重大作用。The establishment of the Intellectual Property Court of Supreme People’s Court is a signi ficant decision made by the CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as core leader as an important strategy to develop China into a leading country in intellectual property protection as well as scientific and technological level.On January 1,2019,Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People’s Court was officially established,which marked that the major reform task“establish a trial mechanism for intellectual property cases on appeal at the national level”has entered the operational stage.Intellectual property protection faces critical challenges in the new era.The Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People’s Court shoulders an important historical mission and must strengthen judicial leadership strengthen rigorous protection,strengthen stimulation of innovation,strengthen protection of competition,strengthen international vision.This court should also fulfill the duty of unifying judicial standards and play a major role in strengthening the protection of intellectual property nationally,serving the innovation-driven development strategy,and advancing the modernization process of intellectual property trial systems and trial capabilities.
