摘  要:建立了养殖用水中灿烂绿残留量测定的液相色谱-串联质谱法。养殖用水经过乙腈提取,过中性氧化铝柱净化,收集乙腈于梨形瓶中浓缩,定容后测定。以乙腈、5mmol/L乙酸铵(含0.1%甲酸)为流动相,XBridgeBEHC18色谱柱进行分离,在多反应监测(M RM)模式下测定。内标法定量。该方法简便、快速,在优化实验条件下,灿烂绿的定量下限(S/N≥10)为0.5μg/L,在加标水平为0.5、1.0、5.0μg/L时,回收率为90.0%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为2.03%~3.03%。To establish LC-MS/MS method for the determination of brilliant-green residues in aquaculture wastewate.To ex tract aquaculture wastewate by acetonitrile,purify it by superneutral alumina column,collect and concentrate it in pear-shaped bottle,then determine it and do the determination.Using acetonitrile and 5mmol/L ammonium acetate(containing 0.1%formic acid)as mobile phase,and XBridge BEH C18 column as chromatographic column,do the determination under multi-reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.To quantify by internal standard method.This method is simple and rapid.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the lower limit of quantification(S/N≥10)of brilliant green is 0.5μg/L,and the recovery rate is 90.0%~104.8%when the additional standard level is 0.5μg/L,1.0μg/L and 5.0μg/L respectively.The relative standard deviation was 2.03%~3.03%.
