摘  要:本文研究目的是利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定煤灰成分中铁、铝、钛、钙、镁、钾、钠、磷八种主要元素。该研究方法中设计了样品前处理方法和混合标准系列溶液制备方法,ICP-OES对煤灰成分标准物质样品进行测定。分析了测定数据,通过相对误差分析,得出8种元素测试结果满足煤质检测质量管理规范的要求,相对误差均小于20%,并发现测定的80个数据中79个数据的相对误差小于5%,比常规测试方法测定误差更小,完全满足规范要求。The purpose of this study is to determine eight major elements of iron,aluminum,titanium,calcium,magnesium,potassium,sodium and phosphorus in coal ash by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The methods are designed in preparation of sample and mixed standard series solution.It is determinated of standard sam ples of coal ash components by ICP-OES.We analysis measurement data and the relative error.It is concluded that the test ing results of 8 elements meet the requirements of coal quality inspection quality management regulations.The relative er rors are less than 20%,and it is found that the relative errors of 79 data are less than 5%in the 80 data measured.The meth od has Less relative errors than conventional testing method.
