摘　　要：低碳发展问题是当前世界面临的重大挑战和国际社会普遍关注的焦点,而社区是城市居民居住的基本单位,有效控制居民生活碳排放总量是实现国务院提出的到2020年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2015年下降18%目标的有效手段和途径。文章探讨国家颁布《低碳社区试点建设指南》以后,城市既有社区低碳建设取得的成就、困境,并提出相应的解决对策,以求对低碳社区建设提供参考和借鉴。The development of low carbon is a great challenge that current world is facing with,as well as a popular focus in the international society.Community is the basic unit for urban residents.If functioning properly,it may contribute effectively to the realization of the aim that the state council claims,gross domestic product Carbon dioxide emission in 2020 will decrease 18%than that in 2015.This article discusses the achievement and difficulty that current urban community low carbon construction has made and been facing after the national“Low Carbon Community Pilot Construction Guide”,based on which solutions are proposed to provide reference for the construction of low carbon community.
