对比分析新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病CT分度与临床分度的符合率

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的CT征象与临床表现的相关性。方法对120例患新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿行CT扫描,对CT结果按照统一标准分为轻、中、重度,与临床分度比较,分析CT分度符合临床分度的比率(简称符合率),并讨论其相关性。结果临床分度为轻度的患儿中,CT分度的符合率为89.5%;临床分度为中度的患儿中,CT分度的符合率为73.3%;临床分度为重度的患儿中,CT分度的符合率为83.3%。临床症状的严重程度与CT分度呈显著相关,但仍有一定的差异。结论CT能协助临床对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的程度做出合理的评价,对临床诊断治疗和预后估计提供了很大帮助。Objective To study relevance of the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy CT features and clinical manifestations.Methods 120 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were scanned by CT.The CT results were divided into mild,moderate and severe according to the unified criteria.Comparing with clinical grading,the ratio of CT grading to clinical grading was analyzed and its correlation was discussed.Results In children with mild clinical grading,the coincidence rate of CT grading was 89.5%,and in children with moderate clinical grading,the coincidence rate of CT grading was 73.3%.In children with severe clinical grading,the coincidence rate of CT grading was 83.3%.The severity of clinical symptoms was significantly correlated with CT scores,but there were still some differences.Conclusion CT can help clinicians to make a reasonable evaluation of the degree of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,and provide a great help for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis estimation.
