摘　　要：目的分析比较非手术性甲状旁腺功能减退症(non-surgical hypoparathyroidism,ns-HP)患者与慢性淋巴细胞性甲状腺炎(慢甲炎)患者、健康对照外周血调节性T淋巴细胞(Tregs)、辅助性T淋巴细胞1型(Th1)及Th17亚群的分布。方法2018年7月至2019年3月北京协和医院内分泌科门诊随诊的ns-HP和慢甲炎患者各20例,及对照20名,3组研究对象根据性别和年龄匹配。用流式细胞仪测量Tregs、Th1和Th17细胞百分比。用多元线性回归探索影响淋巴细胞亚群的因素。结果ns-HP组和慢甲炎组患者血液Tregs百分比均低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01),而Th17细胞百分比高于健康对照(P<0.05和P<0.01)。在ns-HP组患者中,未发现Tregs和Th17细胞比例的独立影响因素。结论ns-HP发病可能与T淋巴细胞亚群分布的改变相关。Objective To investigate the proportion of regulatory T lymphocyte(Tregs),T helper cells type 1(Th1)and Th17 subsets in non-surgical hypoparathyroidism(ns-HP).Methods A total of 20 patients with ns-HP,20 patients with Hashimoto s thyroiditis were included,all patients were followed up from July 2018 to March 2019 at Peking Union Medical College Hospital(PUMCH).Twenty healthy participants were included as controls.Flow cytometry was used to test the proportion of Tregs,Th1 and Th17.Multiple linear regression model was used to investigate the predictors of percentage of abnormal T lymphocyte subsets.Results The proportion of Tregs in ns-HP group and Hashimoto s thyroiditis group were lower than that in healthy controls(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively),but no difference of Tregs proportion between ns-HP group and Hashimoto s thyroiditis group was found.The proportion of Th17 was higher in nsHP and Hashimoto s thyroiditis group than that in healthy controls(P<0.05 and P<0.01)No linear correlation was found between the proportion of Tregs,Th17 and other factors.Conclusions The pathology of ns-HP is potentially associated with changes of lymphocytes subsets distribution.
