大百合属植物引种栽培及繁殖技术研究进展

摘　　要：大百合属植物是一类很有开发利用价值的资源植物,包括大百合、荞麦叶大百合、日本大百合以及颇有争议的变种云南大百合。本文就大百合属植物的引种栽培、种子休眠、种子萌发、分球繁殖及组织培养等方面进行了系统综述,旨在为研究者提供完整的信息参考。此外,对大百合属植物引种栽培和种苗繁殖领域的重要问题进行了讨论,并提出了今后的研究方向。The genus of Cardiocrinum consists of three species and one variety,i.e.,C. giganteum,C. cathayanum,C. cordatum and C. giganteum var. yunnanensis which is still controversial.These species are valuable resources with great value for exploitation and utilization.In the present review,we focused on studies on their introduction,cultivation,seed dormancy,germination,bulb propagation and tissue culture,so as to provide full scientific information for researchers.In addition,we accordingly discussed some important problems occurring in the field of introduction and propagation of Cardiocrinum,and put forward a few study directions worth exploring in the future.
