摘  要:树鼩是最接近灵长类的动物,也是医学临床研究的重要模型动物,但是在人工驯化时饲养不当和环境因素不良,会造成较大的经济损失。为确诊广西南宁市某大学人工驯化养殖树鼩发生死亡的原因,从发病树鼩肝脏和肠道中分离到可疑细菌,通过形态学观察、生理生化特性测定、16SrDNA序列进化分析,确定该菌株为奇异变形杆菌(Proteus mirabilis),与GenBank收录的猪奇异变形杆菌RBX1株同源性高达99.9%。药敏试验和耐药基因检测发现,该分离菌株对红霉素、克拉霉素、奈替米星等9种药物高度敏感,对多黏菌素、恩诺沙星等3种药物中度敏感,对米诺环素、头孢氨苄、强力霉素等12种药物完全耐药,存在氨基糖苷类、四环素类、磺胺类、喹诺酮类耐药基因。致病性试验显示,该分离菌对成年昆明小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)为1.26×10^8CFU。综上所述,引起此次树鼩死亡的病原菌为奇异变形杆菌,且毒力较强,建议采用大环内脂类药物治疗。Tree shrews are the closest animals to primates and are important animal models for medical clinical research.However,the improper domestication,improper breeding and environmental factors can cause significant economic losses.In order to diagnose the cause of death of the artificially domesticated aphid in a university in Nanning city,Guangxi,suspicious bacterial strain was isolated from the diseased liver and intestine of the tree shrews.The morphological observation,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA gene sequence evolution analysis were used to identify the strain as Proteus mirabilis ,which shares 99.9% homology with Proteus mirabilis RBX1 strain in GenBank.Drug susceptibility test and drug resistance gene detection revealed that the isolate was highly sensitive to 9 drugs such as erythromycin,clarithromycin and netilmicin,moderately sensitive to 3 drugs such as polymyxin and enrofloxacin,and completely resistant to 12 drugs such as minocycline,cephalexin,and doxycycline,aminoglycosides,tetracyclines,sulfonamides,and quinolone resistance genes are present.The LD 50 of isolate to adult Kunmin mice was 1.26×10^8 CFU.To sum up,the pathogen causing the death of tree shrews in this study is Proteus mirabilis ,which has strong virulence.It is recommended to use drugs of macrolides for treatment.
