摘  要:对家蚕原蚕蛹羽化前2天进行不同剂量的60Co-γ射线照射,发现超过1.0万GY的高剂量区,均未经羽化而死;辐射400GY剂量区可正常羽化、交配、产卵,但所产卵多为不受精卵;辐射200GY区可正常制种、收蚁,但饲养成绩不佳;50GY是家蚕蛹诱变育种比较理想的辐射剂量。Different doses of 60Co-γrays were used to irradiate the parent silkworms pupa two days before eclosion.It was found that in the high dose region of more than 10000GY,the parent silkworms all died without eclosion.In the radiation 400GY dose area,the parent silkworms could undergo normal eclosion,mating,oviposition,but most of the eggs were unfertilized eggs;in the radiation 200GY region,the parent silkworms could produce eggs normally and newly hatched eggs could be gathered,but the feeding performance was not good;50GY was a relatively ideal radiation dose for silkworm pupae mutagenesis breeding.
