摘　　要：通过阅读《就业、利息和货币通论》,本文分析了凯恩斯就业理论形成的背景,概述了凯恩斯就业理论,从对经济政策的影响和对国内就业的启发等方面提出了凯恩斯就业理论的现代价值。through reading the general theory of employment,interest and money,this paper analyzes the background of the formation of Keynesian employment theory,summarizes the Keynesian employment theory,from the impact on economic policy and the inspiration of domestic employment and other aspects of Keynesian employment theory put forward the modern value.
