摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术联合钬激光碎石术同期治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的临床效果。方法60例良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者随机分为两组各30例。对照组行传统手术治疗,实验组行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术联合钬激光碎石术治疗。比较两组术后的IPSS评分(国际前列腺症状评分)、RUV(残余尿量)、Qmax(最大尿流率)及生活质量。结果术后,实验组患者的IPSS评分、RUV、Qmax均显著优于对照组,各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术联合钬激光碎石术同期治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of transurethral electrovaporization of prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy for simultaneous treatment of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones. Methods 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional surgery, and the experimental group was treated with transurethral electrovaporization of prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy. After surgery, the IPSS(international prostate symptom score), RUV(residual urine volume),Qmax(maximum urine flow rate), and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After surgery, the IPSS, RUV and Qmax of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Transurethral electrovaporization of prostate combined with holmium laser lithotripsy has significant efficacy for simultaneous treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones.
