精益6-西格玛管理对妇科腹腔镜器械清洗质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精益6-西格玛管理对妇科腹腔镜器械清洗质量的影响。方法选取600个手术后妇科腹腔镜器械包作为研究对象,随机分为两组各300个。对照组开展常规管理,观察组则开展精益6-西格玛管理。比较两组妇科腹腔镜器械包清洗的目测合格率、放大镜检测合格率、潜血试验阳性率以及ATP生物荧光检测值等实验室指标,并比较两组的清洗合格率、清洗时间、零部件丢失率、医生满意度等效益指标。结果观察组妇科腹腔镜器械包清洗的目测合格率、放大镜检测合格率均高于对照组,潜血试验阳性率以及ATP生物荧光检测值均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组妇科腹腔镜器械包的清洗合格率高于对照组,清洗时间短于对照组,零部件丢失率低于对照组,医生满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精益6-西格玛管理的实施可有效提升妇科腹腔镜器械清洗质量,缩短清洗时间,提升工作人员工作效率以及医生满意度。Objective To explore the effect of lean 6-Sigma management on the cleaning quality of gynecological laparoscopic instruments. Methods A total of 600 gynecological laparoscopic instrument sets after operation were selected as study subjects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 300 sets in each group. The control group underwent routine management, and the observation group underwent lean 6-Sigma management. The laboratory indicators including visual quality rate, magnifying glass test quality rate, occult blood test positive rate and ATP biofluorescence test value of cleaning of gynecological laparoscopic instrument sets were compared between two groups, and the benefit indicators including cleaning quality rate, cleaning time, component loss rate and satisfaction degree of doctor were compared between two groups. Results The visual quality rate, magnifying glass test quality rate of cleaning of gynecological laparoscopic instrument sets in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the occult blood test positive rate and ATP biofluorescence test value were significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The cleaning quality rate of gynecological laparoscopic instrument sets in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the cleaning time was shorter than that in the control group, the component loss rate was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of doctor was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions The application of lean 6-Sigma management can effectively improve the cleaning quality of gynecological laparoscopic instruments, shorten the cleaning time, and improve the working efficiency of staff and the satisfaction degree of doctor.
